Standard Shipping
Wen Legacy ships within the United States. Standard shipping takes 5 to 7 business days from the date of fulfilment.
Free Shipping
All orders over $200 qualify for free standard shipping. Applied automatically at checkout. No code required. All four launch bundles qualify automatically.
Pre-Order Shipping
Pre-orders placed from May 5 are targeted to ship during the week of May 26, 2026. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order leaves our fulfilment centre.
Order Processing
Orders are processed within 2 business days. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with your tracking number.
International Shipping
Wen Legacy is currently shipping within the United States only. International shipping will be available in a future phase. Please sign up for our newsletter to be notified when we expand.

Unopened Products
Unopened products in their original packaging may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. Contact us to initiate your return, and we will provide a prepaid return label.
Opened Products
Due to the nature of skincare and for the health and safety of all our customers, opened products cannot be accepted for return. If you have experienced an adverse reaction or have a concern about your product, please contact us directly, and we will work with you to find a resolution.
Pre-Orders
Pre-orders may be cancelled for a full refund at any time before your order ships. Once your order has shipped, our standard return policy applies.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or you receive an incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photograph, and we will arrange a replacement or full refund immediately.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds are processed within 5 to 7 business days and returned to your original payment method.
